Hey guys well i thought the turbo was fine but had someone check it out before posting it and i looks like spmething happend inside the fp red that it isnt spinning like it should. The compressor wheel and exhaust wheel are in perfect condition but it just doesnt spin really at all. Ive been trying to get in contact with FP for the last week but they neverrrr pick up their phone!!! Make me a reasonable offer for this as the center section needs to be built but not the exhaust wheel or compressor wheel and its a 64mm front cover. Also there isnt any shaft play in out or up and down. It will only come with coolant lines as well. Ill try to get some pictures tomorrow possibly but im driving to Maryland then Florida so ill do my best to answer all pms.

Yes it is theres about 15 people on it right now had to get pics out to the person that wanted it second cuz idk where the first guy went so ill let everyone know once the second person pulls the trigger
