It has anti surge .70 A/R and .63 hotside. 4" intake & 5 bolt hotside. Fully rotational. Turbo shipped and paypald $1200.00. Killer price considering the upgrades PTE did to the turbo, these go for $1050 plus shipping without the upgrades from PTE
