Does it have the lsd? OR OPEN. WHO REBUILT IT. GOT PAPERWORK FOR IT? ON MY PERSONAL OPINION IS BETTER TO ANSWER THE Q'S OPENLY SO EVERY BODY CAN SEE INSTEAD OF PMing PEOPLE. JUST SAYING IT WILL SELL BETTER/FASTER IF EVERYBODY WILL KNOW MORE INFO.

Boricua edj take your caps off it's annoying.
The tranfer case came out of my buddy's 04 evo, he blew his and had this one put in from a shop in san fransisco. that is about all the information i have on it. Dont know if it's open or lsd. id assume lsd. he wrecked his car and gave it to me for a back up if mine had any issues. sold my evo so this is a extra part.
shipping is roughly 75 dollars.

Info I got was that the T-Case sat outside with the inspection plate OPEN to the weather and some water maybe got in. I was really close but that caused me to hold up. I don't know if that was mentioned or not, but I thought if we are being open about this buy, it should be said publicly.
I'm still seriously considering it, just have to make some tough choices right now and since this would be going into a RACE car with $1000s of dollars worth of entry related fees, it's not a risk I want to take lightly.... on ANY used T-Case, not particularly this one.
I, for one, would like to know what the internals look like after the water got in there, how long it sat and what the condition of things are inside. Apparently, there is no cover so I (or you) would have to provide that cover from your old t-case or find a new/used one.
I'm definitely on the fence.... my hesitation might be your gain.
Just sayin'...
