It's really small and I doubt it would cost 20 bucks, my zip is 96818, check if you want but I'm not going to pay 20 bucks for you to ship 40dollars worth of a product. ok i went on ups and it was $19.23 to ship to the old zip code with insurance. i went on usps.com and they have alot better prices, $10.95 for a flat rate box. i wasnt trying to rip you off, your welcome to go on ups.com and see for yourself. my zip is 33458.
