Custom Stock Frame Manifold Setup

SOLD

I need this gone as I picked up my new turbo, make an offer! I'll split stuff up if the manifold goes first.

What's Included:
Custom 316L Stainless steel manifold
1.5" Schedule 10 runners (1.68" ID)
Full length, shallow angle merge collector
Argon back purged TIG welded
HPC Extreme 2000 coated
~18" runner lengths designed to equalize pressure drops between runners
Canted layout and shifted to the drivers side to reduce the bend in the downpipe to improve flow

Custom 321 Stainless O2 housing
3" with shallow angle diffuser on the turbine outlet
2" wastegate port
3D profiled flange to maximize wastegate flow
Aircraft grade balljoint flex joint
Argon backpurged

IX Turbo
Heavily ported all over the place
Unsure on how many miles are on it, no shaft play
All manifold and O2 housing holes were helicoiled with stainless inserts

Extras
FP turbo oil feed and drain line

Here is a comparison before and after. Before was the stock exhaust with the muffler removed, Megan O2 housing, Helix 3" downpipe and ported stock manifold. This is wastegate pressure (11psi). 40+ WHP and Flat torque to near 7000 RPM on the stock turbo at the same boost, minimal loss in spool over an already modified setup.

Know Issues:

Will not clear the A/C, very close to block and upper radiator hose.

Manifold it built around an VIII turbo and flange is slightly warped. As such, to fit an IX turbo, I had to stuff 2 exhaust gaskets in and clearance the compressor housing a bit. Never leaked though.

UPDATE
2/2/2012
I pulled everything off the car and glad I did. The car never blew smoke or burned oil and there is no shaft play on the turbo. I pulled the exhaust housing off to find this though.

Must be a dieing oil seal that's still holding on as there wasn't any oil in the downpipe or O2 housing. Just super oily in the turbine outlet.

Anyway, that considered, I've dropped the price considerably.

I can work a 321 stainless downpipe into this as well. It is super thin wall (0.035") and uses a cut down v-band flange on the exit. Has a wideband O2 bung back by the transfer case. I have no idea if it would clear an ACD setup. This downpipe is like 2-3 pounds, super light.

Add $150 to the price for the downpipe. Not really worth selling to me as I can use it on the next setup, but if it makes it easier on the install and makes the sell, I'll do it.

Only way to go on bolts IMO.

I think I'm going to pull this off tonight as I've decided I'm changing it either way.

I'll pull it all apart and grab some pics of all the porting, collector, runners, ect...

Not willing to separate. It would do you no good anyway as the turbo position is changed with this setup and it wouldn't even be close to lining up with a stock placement manifold.

$600 for manifold, O2, turbo and oil lines.

I paid for my new turbo today and am in a very "I need to sell this setup" mood.

As such, if I can sell the manifold first, I'd consider selling things separately. Also, I’ll entertain reasonable offers even though there is $1000 in raw materials here and a LOT of time in it.
