I never understood why the warranty has to be revoked on an item just because the car changes owners. What does it have to do with the warranty?

That warranty policy is made by you to take advantage of the customer and to be opportunistic about the situation. A good stand up shop/vendor/fabricator honors a warranty on the product regardless of who the owner is.

The least that you guys can do is to set a solid warranty time and honor the time..ie 12 month, etc . These marketing tactics makes your product less desirable..not to mention the customer service behind it. This is my very sincere opinion.
