Have a Evo IX short block for sale. Bought this good used from another member and planned on using for my build. Have had a change in plans and need to sell. I'm located in Williamsport, PA right now and I'm willing to drive a decent distance to meet up with buyer. If anyone is questioning the machine work done, I have full reciepts from machine shop to prove what was performed. PM's are the best way to get ahold of me. Details below
- 2.0L/ Stock Bore
- Cylinders Honed
- Deck resurfaced
- Main caps polished
- New Freeze plugs
- Have used oil squirters from block which are in perfect shape that will be included

The only difference between a 8 and 9 block is on the 8, the oil pressure sensor is on the back of the block. On a 9, they moved the oil pressure sensor to the filter housing, and then drilled out and tapped larger threads in that same hole on the back of the block for the MIVEC oil feed line. I'm not sure if anyone has just put a bushing into a 9 block to run a oil pressure sensor in a 8 setup?
