I have owned 2 of these over the course of my dsm/evo days. Great OG HKS piece that still works great! Holds boost & is very drivable. Top port is for boost source & bottom port T's into the J-pipe vacuum line, which I would recommend doing (but can also just be ran w/out). I recently upgraded some parts and it no longer fits with my setup & I picked up an APS bov in its place. Will fit with stock piping (comes w/ adapter, but cant guarantee it will work w/ every uicp setup) & it will also recirc with a little elbow grease.
