Evo 8 2.3 stroker built by turbo trix originally has eagle H beam rods with the wiesco 2.3 stroker pistons stock crank with all arp fasteners. Block was recently refreshed with new bearings a rings. Motor made over 700 hp 600 tq all summer.

I call that bs, those pos rod can't go above 550 tq.

 

if stock rods hold 550 Tq and higher, explain to me why these cant?

 

Crank did not get cut standard size located in Orange County ny and I will post the link with all the info on rods when I get to my computer tonight

 

stock rods snap around 400 tq, h beams from eagle i have seen snap @ 500 tq, clean cut on the midle of the rod.

 

I never said anything about tq I said eagle claims these rods are good to 1000 hp. I made 750whp and 650wtq for two years and this motor held up awesome

id imagine that eagles claim to 1000hp is at the motor.. not the wheels. but still IMPRESSIVE power. I dont feel so frisky on my eagle rod 2.3 setup lol
