HELP.. Balance Shaft sprocket needed :(

Another good reason why I shouldn't have allowed the builder to convince me to put "modified" shafts back in the car...

I need a balance shaft sprocket, the one that goes on the top (rear) shaft.. it's small and has a dowel groove in the middle.. anyone close to Iowa have one? PM me they are only 20 bucks on lancershop I might just order one..

Why don't you just do a balance shaft eliminator kit (the stub one)? You can pull the oil pump casing off the car without taking the motor out (if you car to that balance shaft sprocket, it's not too much more to do to achieve that) and install the kit. Won't need a sprocket and won't have to deal with any balance shafts.

I've thought about it but the builder swears it will run smoother and healthier for a 2.3
