Only head is left head and valve cover with an fittings already attached for 600 dollars! Just trying to get her outta here now. So come pick it up for a steal.. Btw I would ship as well for buyers expenses

So up for sale is my backup fully built 2.4 Evo 8 block
Specs:
bore size is 87mm, stock 4g64 crank. No balance shafts
Cp pistons
Carrillo rods
<3k miles
And if memory serves me correctly it was a 9.0 compression

Also up for sale is my stock head I pulled out of my car at 50k no damage and all in perfect condition. I never went above 400 wheel on this and was babies almost its whole life. DD and only a handful amount of times at the drag strip.. I will include the stock cams valve cover and everything pulled off the head with it head is also already set up for an fittings .. 600 new price!!

Ps if you were looking to purchase both head and block I can probably be able to work something out..

btw did you have to grind down the block to clear that crank?

is the block tapped for a MIVEC head or VIII? will my IX parts transfer over or is there modifications/extra parts to buy in order to make it work? Sorry, I've never tried to install anything other than a 2.0, so I'm unfamiliar.

Thanks for the bump and I believe it was already tapped for mivec but I would have to double check. Even if its not a machine shop can do it for cheap.. Bump for more locals as I can probably cut a deal for them

Oh and to make a 2.4 work. All that is needed is a headgasket, cam gears and water pipe adaptor. Everything else transfers over and all Very easy to find.. Maperformance being the main one i use for my 2.4

how do I do cam gears with MIVEC? yes, serious. it's either rebuild my engine or this, so....

I've seen this on a 9 before.. From a quick search from the ones who these builds in and out, no one mentioned of cam gears on a 9, I just had them on my 8 off the bat to cover all my bases
