I am selling a used AEM EMS series 1 for an Evo 8. I bought this off of another forum member within the last few weeks and have decided to stick with the OEM ECU for now. The previous seller sent this EMS to AEM to have them check it out and verify its condition. I am attaching a picture of the invoice indicating as such.

So you never plugged it up yourself?

Unless I don't see it, on that AEM reciept it doesn't show the serial number of the unit your selling, or does it?

 

It's still in the box shipped to me. I thought serial number was in the pic.

Serial number on the unit yes. But not on the AEM paper. Unless it's on there that really doesn't prove much. Just saying

BTW...I wasn't concerned about the invoice from AEM not showing the serial number; it should the sellers name and address (which I blocked when I took a pic) and that was proof enough for me. Plus the seal from AEM is still intact so that's a good sign.
