When I bought my evo, the dealership had to put a cat on it to pass inspection and legally sell it. As soon as I bought it, I took the cat off and put a test pipe back on. There is maybe 50 miles on this. It is in great shape and bolts on to and evo 8 or 9. It is an OEM replacement cost for over $800. First $250 takes it
