Off topic but free bump, what air filter is that? I have a Green Performance filter on my Altima that's green and another Green Performance filter that looks like yours on my Evo and I can't figure out if I need to oil it.

It is the COBB Intake Kit. I dont regularly oil it but I have cleaned it twice with a K&N cleaning kit and oiled it slightly after. If its clean I wouldn't worry about anything.
It was ported by a local shop. The shaving and polishing was done personally. It is for sale
