Exedy twin

I have re-branded exedy twin here for sale. EXEDY essentially made this clutch for cusco, that's why it's blue. Internally THE EXACT SAME. It even has the exedy logos on all of the internal plates (this is why it's blue). This clutch was in working order when removed, not slipping or anything like that (@ about 400wtq). It was inspected a good shop (fftec) in the bay area. It has approx 3.4mm of "meat" left on the disks. This clutch is ready to go!

Price: $350 shipped
Location: Bay area, ca

measure the discs.... new they are .150in... completely worn to the base metal its .050... lets see some specs... also...

the rebuild is 480 discs only, mid-plate is 180, pressure plate is 170.... for a total of 830... add that to your 700 is 1530....

http://www.maperformance.com/exedy-c...FelZ7AodDEQAEw

i can buy one new for less and with a tob, redline cocktail, and ss clutch line for that price...

if your plates are burnt or your discs are worn its a huge risk on our end... so show the goods if you want to sell...

When it was inspected the tech said that everything was good and that the disks are no greater than half worn.. Why would you assume its needs all of that stuff you just listed? Was working 100% when uninstalled..

Did you not read my op or can you really not convert mm to in? I said about 3.5mm which equals around .13in of meat. As per spec sheet he AND you have, the clutch does not require a rebuild.

FYI- the disks new is 4.0mm and needs to be replaced at 3.0mm. That make your clutch 40%. Why would anyone spend the time or pay someone to install a clutch that has 40% life. Just saying. You will need a rebuild kit and pay a machine shop to turn flywheel and there is no guarantee the pressure plate is good. That's why this clutch is not sold yet

^^ if the buyer wants to get the rebuild kit it is up to them. Even with a rebuild kit, this clutch would be $1000 to "make it" brand new.. That's a big savings over retail exedy twin price..
