this battery is new in box.. volts when i packed it was 12.59 volts. also comes with the terminal kit you have to buy seperate..the instrutions say to put a little lock tight on threads and that is all set.. this battery dose not work for what i bought it for, and its not worth the return fee and shipping... so all i did was install terminals, tried to fit the battery and it didnt work so i put it back in box.. and i peeled off a ugly sticker which isnt a big deal.. any questions please ask..
