Virgin means it has not been machined or micro polished.
Not that is brand new.
its not a drop in...
it will need a little work like any crank with some decent mileage on it...
and those "rust" marks i could have taken off with scotchbrite.
But i didnt, cause i want other to see the true condition.
They are a non issue.
the cranks in decent shape.
