Manley turbo Tuff I beam connecting rods.
two Installed but not used.
will not work for 2.3 Stroker without grinding lower edges of cylinder walls for clearance. the two that i installed i used visegrips and have some scuffs. i think you can just file the marks down and some fine grit emery cloth and the marks would not be noticeable.
$380 plus shipping and paypal

pictures are of the scuffed caps 2 pictures of each one.

rather than tapping the bolt to break the halves loose i used vice grips to rock them loose.

True. It is a great deal, but for those die hard engine builders who want a completely balanced rotating assembly, each rod cap would have to be slightly ground down and smoothed where the vice grip marks are and the entire piston rod assembly measured for weight, reground, etc...

The marks look superficial, but under great stress and heat you never know what could happen. Absolutely not trying to be a dick at all, just trying to provide insight on why it's taking a bit longer to gauge interest even though it's a great deal.

I like using a 2 x 4 piece of wood to knock my bearing caps loose (even though it is a little dirtier).

General hardness scale for commonly used material in our hobby that I find true:

1. Tungsten Carbide
2. Steel
3. Iron
3. Aluminum
4. Wood
5. Plastic

glws.
