BLOX Front Engine Roll Stopper

I bought the BLOX front engine roll stopper from Speed Element a couple of weeks ago. Product fit and finish are second to none. It's a shame it is underneath the car and you don't really see it on a day to day basis. Install took no time at all and I am not the most mechanically inclined individual. Shifter feel definitely improved, because it eliminated most of the extra crap that occurs when shifting Evo trannies, and sound of car noticeably changed. Very slight pickup in vibration was felt, but I noticed that a lot of the rattles I had are now gone. For the price, this deal can not be beat and I recommend it to all.

Pros:
great looking
improved shifter feel due to reduction in engine movement
easy to install
eliminated some of my interior rattles
great price

Cons:
don't see it
slight pick up in vibration of cabin

The cost is AWESOME and fit/finish/packaging was great.

Calvin at SpeedElement is super fast on the shipping, and I received a tracking number just hours after I sent him payment, and received the mount 2 short days later.

I've only driven about 10 miles with the mount installed, but the car feels more "tight" and shifting has improved greatly. I don't know if it's just me, but for some reason when I went WOT, my car sounded unmistakingly different (Can anyone confirm this?)

Overall this is a 10/10 and the bang for the buck factor can't be beat!
This is from the other thread! Thanks!

I love mine; it seriously took under 10 mins to install. It will take longer if your car is older with more miles though. The shifts are much smoother and on/off throttle is also smoother since the engine doesn't roll back and forth anymore. Definitely worth the money, especially while its on sale super cheap during the group-buy!

*edit*
You will feel slightly increased vibrations, but not bad at all. My girlfriend didn't notice nor did my friend's wife (he installed one too). This will change the tone of your engine due to resonance, but its not bad and after driving the car for a few weeks with the mount I don't even notice anymore.

+1 I felt the same. The slight vibration is something I was expecting because thats just the way stiffer mount(s) will do. The resonance wasn't a big deal to me either. The shifts are so smooth now and the throttle is also much responsive during on/off like you have mentioned, and that was the very important part.

Definitely worth every penny in my book!

Speed Element also gives an unbeatable price. I also have it and it's the best bang for the buck.

This thing fuggin' rocks. Shifting is so much smoother. The car doesn't jerk foward as much after WOT, no more bucking under throttle feathering around corners, pulls smooth, decels smoothers, idles roguher. The rough idle is the only downside.

Good mod for the money IMO
Thank you!

It definitely makes shifts a lot smoother. If you are grinding (actually hear it) I believe you have another issue that won't be solved by this part. If you just have the nasty feel when shifting then this is the part you want.
