Ouch..
Sorry to see that.
Hope everyone was alright.

So, let me guess > The other driver said "I don't know what happened, your car bumper just appeared out of nowhere..."

Joking aside -
The damage(S) are hard to tell until you get it on a lift and you need to check your suspension - the alignment tolerances are very tight (like in the hundredths of a degree) on our vehicles, just a heads up! So make absolutely sure that's checked by the dealership with a hardcopy diagnostic report.

She said her brakes failed. I'm impressed with how well the car held up. she was doing like 50 when she hit me.

What was she driving??
(I hope you took photos of her vehicle too!)

These CUVs can take an insane amount of force!!!
I can personally attest to their build strength.

You're probably thinking, "Oh, how so? Tell me more.."
Well, let me point your attention here > LINK

What was the out come of your accident? ever find a lawyer you could trust? Did the total your OS? And did you get another one if they did? Im sure you probably already answered all these somewhere so thank you in advance for repeating your self.

We were on a freeway offramp so her speed was legit. I think she just lost stopping power. The car was slowing just not stopping. She swears she told her boss there was something wrong with the car before she left the county yard in it but they told her it would be fine!!! It was a late model Ford Torus that she was driving.

I added a rally strip down the side of the body, the same color as the wheels and the front bumper that I had already covered, to add a break in color and a bit of contrast. I also added a blue ralliart "the spirit of competition" logo on the back of the strip. I know I need to wash my car bad lol. I will et her cleaned up asap.

I saved it from getting it's front end crushed in

I knew he wouldn't be able to hear my little meep meep horn and he couldn't see me because his cab was turned too far already
