Squeak from inside bell housing
So I get a squeak/crunchy sound when I have my clutch pedal almost fully pressed to the floor. It doesn't happen when I initially start to press it but will make the noise once it's almost pressed to the floor. I noticed the sound very slightly before I got a new clutch put in. Now that the new clutch has about 10k miles on it it is getting noticeably louder. I tried greasing the pivot on the slave cylinder to the fork and spraying some silicone grease on some joints in the clutch pedal area.
Def sounds like it's coming from inside bell housing though. Thoughts?

I read the clutch should have at most half an inch of play on it. I measured it and im assuming it means able to push the clutch down before it gets heavy and it goes down 1 inch. It honestly feels like either around the slave cylinder to the fork. Anywhere around there. I did have 1 and a half inch of play. I adjusted it and still have 1 inch left. My clutch was catching at the very very top. Not starts to catch at the middle all the way up to the top.
Normally that 1/2 inch is a rough estimate. I want to say mine is around an inch. I like mine to grab a little lower then normal though. Easiest way to check it. In a safe area, put the car in first and rev it up to 5-6k standing still. Disable your launch control if you have it on. See if the car starts to move forward, if it does, the clutch is dragging.
Sounds like it isnt the clutch setting. Did you forget to lube the bearing, shaft, springs, clutch fork?

Is there a way to disable the launch control? Also I had a shop that specializes in evos to install clutch. I emailed so waiting to see what the person replies back with.

Was just wondering if there was a way to disable stock launch control. I remember on Jacks Transmission video on how to adjust the clutch pedal to rev to like 7k to see if your car rolls forward. But since I'm stock I can only go to like 5.5k.
Yeah, just don't start bouncing it off the rev limiter and youll be fine.
Also, there is not a "stock" launch control. I was referring to the Tephra Mod that give you two/step. (Not the dance)

The Evo does require a manual adjustment of the clutch pedal after changes. I have had to do it twice, once it didn't need any.
It could be that the pedal is over travelling and causing some binding?
But first if you are feeling the slave cylinder vibrate then most likely I would swap that out.

If you greased the slave contact point it probably is the throw-out arm shaft. I've noticed some builders forgo the felt washers - too much trouble I guess. They are a pain when assembling.
OP: I'm not sure of how to disable that to do the test you mention, I've never looked into it. hmm..
Any chance of it being the throwout bearing? Also, when I pulled my old trans, I noticed the case had rubbing on it, I assume from the clutch coming out too far. Pic:
