Carbonetics triple disk clutch issues. Please help

Hello. I haven't been on here in a while, I had sold my old evo and recently picked up this gem. Any ways. The car needed a clutch when I got it. The previous owner had purchased a carbonetics triple disk clutch that needed the pull to push conversion and the Toyota bearing. I ordered the parts and tore it down Saturday night. First things first. When I installed the clutches. The basket in the middle had some okay in it. Is that usual? Couple buddy's said that's normal for triple disk. So I bolted everything up. Rotated the fork, installed the one washer that was supplied, and used the Toyota bearing. Then I installed the pull to push conversion. The main issue I'm having. I could not get the clutch to disengage in the beginning. After aloooot if adjustment I finally got it to disengage when the pedal is completely pressed to the floor and was able to put it in gear. The sec I lift off the pedal the clutchs engage. Any one had a similar issue? I put a new slave cylinder and a new master cylinder. I bled it for 2 hours straight and used 2qts of dot3 fluid.
here's how I had to modify it to get some clut h pedal.
