2003 EVO 8 YELLOW Track car or parts Car.
Selling this 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution 8 with Florida Certificate of Destruction title due to flood. Rain water damage, not salt water. Interior carpet was a little wet but water didn't get high enough to damage any electronics. Car does run and drive.
Make sure how and if you can register this title in your city or state. This is not a salvage or rebuilt title. You will have to get a rebuilt or salvage title in your state. If you cannot this will be a parts car or a track car only.
No smell in the car. Interior carpet and seats were taken out and carpet was cleaned. Everything in this car works except for the reverse gear, every time you put the car in reverse the gear pops back to neutral.
Bought the car with intentions to part it out but since transmission is the only problem with the car id like to sell it as a whole and let someone fix it and enjoy the car or part it out. I will part it out if i dont get a good offer.
All fluids were drained and replaced, changed oil and filter, new REDLINE transmission and rear diff fluids, oem fluid for the transfercase. Car drives nice and smooth, no vibrations, no driveline whining of any sort. Turbo spools fast. Clutch feels really nice too. Tested the compression on the motor, 160-170 all across.
Wheels have no damage or curb rash, tires are almost new, rotors and breaks are in like new condition also. Underneath the car looks very clean and very well taken care of. Car is in excellent shape for being 14 years old.
