Edit: Do you have a boost gauge? is it possible you're over-boosting and ECU is seeing crazy load % and cutting fuel?
Yep, it feels like that - hitting a brick wall. Sometimes worse than others. I do have a boost gauge, but i do not know exactly what my car was tuned at. My tuner said low 20s, 22-23, but there was no exact number. But, it remains constant 22 PSI. Do you think it has to do with voltage? I am getting a new battery today because my old one was pretty much dead, but like what you said, its probably a fuel cut.

Hey everyone. Ok, so I think I found the issue -which is overboosting. So I did a few pulls at 75% throttle and it pulled really nice up to 1.5/1.6 bar - there where no hiccups or anything. So, then when I did a WOT run, I saw that the needle went past 1.5 bar (maybe like up to 1.9 bar, not sure) and began bogging/ hicupping. I have the Mr gauges and the blue line on the picture below represents where the needle was at when I did the WOT run.

Luckily, I have a hallman pro mbc, so I can turn the boost down, but how many turns or clicks should I do?

had the same issue with same mbc 2 months ago car was overboosting from 1.6 to 1.9 bar just turn the mbc down until boosting 1.6 at 3rd gear or 4th gear its not about turns its about doing wot pulls until you set it up

Yeah I think the safest approach is to turn the boost down as far as it will go (which will be like 17psi if I think?), verify that you can't reproduce the issue, and then turn it up like 1/3rd of a turn at a time. I don't think you're hitting ECU fuel cut at 1.9bar, though. Maybe the gauge is maxed and you're actually boosting 30+ ?

I think the first order of business is doing a boost leak test to make sure your ECU's not seeing huge load numbers off of a leak. The second order of business is getting a wideband and a tactrix cable for Evo scan

Yea, I've been meaning to get a wideband and tactrix/Evoscan. Just don't have the time to mess with it or the experience I just need my car to work imma try playing with the boost later today and see if it solves the issue

1.9 bar is 27.5psi. Is your car using an MBC or EBCS for boost control?

Hallman pro mbc, so I'm going to do some pulls and lower the boost until 1.6 bar.
