Following our less than polite public bashing of Carbon Trix's logo, I've been in contact with Rock... first to appologize to him for our less than tacful comments , but also to see if he's really okay with having a contest for the logo.

Well, it turns out he is! So let's get to your PhotoShop, Illustrator... or whatever poor people use as subtitutes (oh, that was low!) and start posting those submissions.

"So, what's to be won" you ask? Well, I've asked the same question to Rock and here's the answer in his own words:

Give away a EVO Sparkplug cover for EVO guys (winner) or a
Fiberglass grill for Lancer guys.

Now, I guess he didn't mean to forget about the '04 & '05 model years people... but I just don't know what he'd give away to us, owners of the newer chassis, if found to have the best design. But anyhow... let's get this show on the road shall we?

I don't know much about what the rules should be mind you... I guess we'll need Rock to clarify things a bit during the next few days. But here's what I know as of now:

- It has to be better looking than what they've got so far!



Of course, this list will have to be updated at least a couple of times this weekend. But I wanted to post this as soon as possible so that all of you designers and wannabes out there can let your imagination run wild... and so that nobody can accuse me of cheating! After all, I intend to enter this as any other guy. It just happens that I was the one to check with Rock about the whole thing...
