442awhp dyno sheet W/PICS!
443awhp dyno sheet W/PICS!
I just got back from Houston where I dynoed at turbochargers.com. I dynoed once on pump gas and once on c16. I am still on STOCK INTERCOOLER, STOCK UPPER IC PIPING and STOCK HEADSTUDS.I have ran the car countless times on 28psi and the stock headstuds are holding up like a champ, this is just a little proof that you dont have to go buying headstuds like everyone says. I am hoping for over 460whp when I get a nice fatty IC. Also I bought some NGK BPR7ES copper plugs that SUCK. They dont hold up over 28psi and that is where my power stopped, right at 6500 I was at 442whp and the car hiccups because of the plugs. They are gapped at .25 so they should be fine. Ill just go buy some expensive ones I guess
My mods are:
MBC
Intake
RSR exhaust
RFL BOV
Walbro 255 Pump
880cc Injectors
AEM EMS (speed density)
HKS 264/272 cams
GT35R kit inludes: downpipe,lower IC pipe(homemade)
Tial 38mm wastegate
ACT Clutch
Im really happy with the turbo and I recommend this turbo to anyone who want to make AWESOME power.
Sorry for the sheet, for some gay reason the ink was low, if you guys want I can trace over the lines. Ill see if I can scan a better copy, these pics were taken with my camera.
Pump gas, 21psi. I circled the last dyno. This is a SUPER conservative pump gas tune, please note.
C16, 28psi. again, sorry for the poor quality.
Also a SUPRE conservative tune, agressive tuning will come after a few weeks when I get my fmic, piping and IM.
VIDEO COMING VERY SOON!!!

T-67 is bigger than a gt35r buddy. Im running stock ic and piping. I think is pretty decent for about 5 tuning pulls on the street. Which was done by me and my friend who have never even tuned an ems. Im just having fun with it, im still learning.

The torque is less that most stock turbo / cammed cars make on 100 octane
3037's make anywhere from 460-500 on dynojets
gt35's usually make well over 500 on every dyno except Vishnu's
That's a lot of money for so little power... but in your defense, you have A LOT of room to play with and make tons more power... I'm sure we'll see more of your posts sooner or later breaking into the 500whp #'s easily. ^.^
Those are pretty good numbers but I would re-think your "attitude" on headstuds. When she goes pop your sure gonna wish you had spent that measley little $96 for studs. Good luck.

Ralliart UK sell an FQ 400 that supposed to make 400HP at the crank. They performed substantial work on the bottom end of the motor. Did you do anything to increase the strength of the bottom end. What about your warranty.

Nice numbers!! I'm gonna have to get me a 35r over the summer.
