Wasting Old Rims?
If they'll fit a '92, they should fit the '90 and '91s, as well. I had a '91, a '92, and a '93. The wheels were interchangeable on all of them.
Too bad the old DSM wheels wouldn't look right on my RA. I've got a set of wheels from my '91 still sitting on my deck.

Make sure to mention that they will fit all 93-99 Eclipses (with 5 lug pattern) and the eclipse guys will hop on them like flies on poo. Just make sure to mention the word "eclipse" in the title.

Don't keep the stock tires. That is the only think I hate about the stock RA's (besides the dealer didn't have an manuals).
I say keep the rims and tires and get new rims. If you can't seen the old ones but the stock rims on the back and give driftin a try. It's a blast but I don't do it a lot because I don't have any money right now to buy new tires.
well i dont know about snow tires since I dont see snow. If I were you, I would look at buying a new set of wheels/tires, but keep the old rims and tires incase you have to take your car in for warranty work. If you put on 17's or 18's and your tranny starts messing up you will want to stock wheels to take the car to the dealer. They can say that the additional rolling mass of the bigger rims is what is causing any kind of drive train problems and POOF goes your warranty. But if you are planning on doing a lot of mods to your car then i would just sell them

No, not unless they can prove the wheel you installed on the car caused the problem...
You still have the option of mounting the stockers back on when you go to the dealer though... but there really is no reason to do so.

In reality, putting 17's on your car with the same width tire as stock will not really affect anything on your car. But depending on your dealership, they could really give you the run around saying that it voids the drivetrain portion of your warranty. If you have a cool dealership then I would not worry about it, but I know the one around my area is a pain in the ***. They were trying to tell me that if I changed my muffler or wheels it would void my entire warranty, but I quickly explained to them how the modification can only affect the warranty of parts that are directly messed up due to any modification.
