MIVEC Cam Pricing

Whats up guys. We are going to be selling the cams as a set. The price will be $899 for the set. We are going to make a run of 20 cams and they are going to be 272 intake/272 exhaust. We are going to start a list for people that want to buy them and we are going to require a $350 deposit for each set.

How much for installation? And what HP & TQ gains should we expect? (Should we put in ARP bolts?) Thanks

Cams

Do you plan on just offering the intake cam by itself any time in the near future? I already had an exhust cam installed just like several other people just curious.
Good job on being the first to make them.

Seeing that you can get a good 272 for 250ish your paying
about 650 for the intake cam.

Are you going to sell the intake cam separately?

yea, i'd like to see the cams priced out seperately. also will this combo price be the standard price in the future or is this an intro price?

Anything new that requires any amount of fabrication is going to be pricey. Look at some of the other custom fabricated parts on this board.

If it was straight out of the box I'm sure it would be different.

The price is what it is ... Alot of time and effort went into the fabrication of the cam. We got snowed out yest in the North east .. and wont be at the shop today. ( monday ).

I dont know how many singles we will be able to get. Pricing for the one intake cam would be 600 but singles are limited.

Whatever happened to the 280 version of the mivec cam that you talked about in the other thread when you released the news of the prototype? I would rather get a little more power of the 280 over the 272 for 600 bucks let us know!!
