^^cant comment on the ARC shift knobs but in the past I have tried the Greddy aluminum counter weight shift knobs for about a months time. For me it was just for bling and didnt shift any better. Went back to the factory leather one and never looked back. IMO the stock one works the best and is most comfortable to use especially in winter and summer time

Its the Pioneer P6800. Its a in-dash 6 disc changer and the lcd screen flips out for the inserting of CDs. I think there isnt a need for the mounting sleeve you mentioned..
