I have a few questions. this kit is on a 04 wrx.
1. i cant get my kit to react to both wh and wl at at the same flow rate. with the kit jumpered and reading 6 bars i can get the wh to trigger at like 4 clicks from full counter but can not get the wl to trigger. at like 3 to 4 bars it does the opposite, it trigger wl at like three to four clicks from full clockwise but no wh. Is something wrong here?? should i just leave it at 6 bars, set the wh where i want it and the put wl like three to five clicks from full clock wise???
2. is there a good recomended setting to put my trip adj st or should i just let me tuner decide what works best?
3. I need to tap my intercooler piping for the jet but cant find a 1/8bsp tap and dont have time to order one cause im getting tuned tuesday morning. is there any way i could drill a certain size hole and just try to screw the adapter into the whole and tread itself??? or is it possible to put the jet into the silicone hose on the throttle body or somewhere else on the fmic with out the aquamist kit for this??? im really desperate on this one..

1. It is possible to cross over the WL and WH setting bu over advancing it. It gives strange results. Or opposite The WL adjust Between 0 to ~2.6V and the WH between ~2.4V to 5V. It is difficult to do it whilst you are driving. STrigger the system manually by grounding pin 22 (P-Relay-). Spray it into a container. It is much easier to set the SC this way.
2 "Trip Adj" - are you triggering by PWM or MPS? the trigger range is between 12%-72%. What jet size are you using at present?
3. There are a few shared BSP taps being circulated around in the HFS-xx community. Originated from Jack. I hope this thread will prompt someone to pass on their tap to you.
You can however use a 1/8NPT, but tap it slowly as each turn widens the threaded hole. Start with a 8.8mm drill or 11/32". Open up the thread between trial-fit the jet adaptor. DO not use a spanner - just finger tight.
Once done, apply loctite. Clear both surfaces with meth before smearing loctite to the mating surface. When screwing the adaptor into the threaded hole, do it in one rapid continuous action. This will prevent the loctitle setting hard before completion. Use ample loctite will also help.

ok so i have decided to let a well known shop and aquamist dealer install the system for me instead of me ****ing something up and being screwed. so this weekend i mounted the tank and the pump myself so it would be where i wanted and also to save them some time and potentially me some money. i didnt have my cam handy so i dont have any pics just yet, but i will get some.
one question that i have that is still not answered is......
what plugs to run? im currently running NGK BR7ES with .026 gap and im thinking its not cold enough and also the gap will be too big
i was thinking maybe NGK BR8ES will suffice with maybe a < .026 gap.
i will be well over 400whp because thats what im at right now on 93 octane with 21.5 psi. im thinking about running 25-27 psi with 66% meth and 33% water
does this sound right? or will the BR7ES do the job?

I heard something about avoid running platinum plug because it might cause pre-ignition. The boost increase sounded very logical to me.

ok so i will get some NGK BR8ES and gap them smaller. and ill go from there.
Is there any way to make the low level float only turn on the low level light and not turn off the system when tripped? I just want to use it as a low level indicator and not a failsafe. Thanks.
I can do both. Thanks for looking into it. I'm surprised no one has brought it up before. Actually, I could just run a switch to override it if I really wanted to. Would be easier than soldering a circuit board.
