Actually because I am too lazy to pull the dash out of the car to replace the heater core I screwed up 4 years ago I just left it disconnected for now, so it is bypassed. I'll take the time to pull the dash out and replace it eventually but it is a full days job (8-10) hours to take all of it out and put it all back. It's funny as now anyone who sees the car can see the two short pieces of pipe INSIDE the car and know for sure I screwed it up. haha
Its all fun and games in the first 40 min the dash is out.
Then you realize what a mother****er it is to do the rest when you're on your second or third day working on it.
Glad to hear it is up and running again! Breaking parts and pushing the limits is all part of the game. If no one did it new records wouldn't happen.

Car is back together and was on the dyno for 4 passes today. Dialed it in close pretty quickly. At 34 psi the car made 624 whp/506 ft lbs. The best the car has made with the cam/turbo/intake/TB was 644/520 back in February at the same boost level but with 38 degree cooler air intake temps.
On the 4th run I realized the dyno speed/rpm wasn't matching the 644 run I was trying to duplicate and remembered I have the Hoosiers on the car now. The tire growth from that soft tire was throwing off the speed/rpm reading causing the curves to be shifted. I stopped there.
Tomorrow I will get my SSR's and Trampio's back on the car so everything is the same and dyno it again.
I am almost done..............I hope with the car for this year. I have one set of cams, Indy V2 intake to try and two other small parts changes. Then that's it. Whatever I find to work the best will be it for the rest of this season.

I've already changed 3 sets of tires/wheels around, mounted the SSR's back on the car, loaded the car on the dyno, made a few dyno pulls, built a customers Stage 3 Two liter and am now waiting on the car to cool off enough to swap out a part...............I am back to the best power the car has made at 33 psi on 3rd gear, 644 whp. So it's a good thing. I am looking for a lost 20 whp still and hope I find it.

You are the man! Great numbers and are soon to be great numbers on the track I believe! All this new Indy stuff is sure to put this car as the first 9 second pump gas car!

Tomorrow morning the Indy Intake goes back on and then back on the dyno. I am hoping for great things.
I have one problem. I didn't know I was out of race gas and I forgot to order it today. I have enough fuel in the car for maybe one or two runs
Someone emptied the drum and didn't say anything.........................

This is seriously irritating in a production shop. I know first hand how ya feel!
