New springs, end links, and swaybar, new sound...
Yes I searched. This happened during the test drive of the car after I put in the GTWORX springs and Perrin swaybar with the whiteline end links. On the passenger front and rear wheels by the tires there is this ticking sound (NOTE - driver side is fine, no noises). I can get it to happen in a few cases -
1. In the garage if I push the car back about 5 feet then forward, it usually happens going back constantly, it happens at the same spot everytime, so once per wheel revolution there is one tick.
2. If I put the car in first, go a few feet, stop, put it in reverse, kinda rocking the car back and forth, the ticking will happen then.
3. Get in 2nd or 3rd, drive up to about 3000, pop in the clutch, downshift, then let the clutch out slowly causing a shift in the suspension, and I can hear it tick 1 or 2 times but then it goes away.
I don't notice it much while driving and I've stood in the street and let my friend drive down the street and it only happens either at very low speeds or right in between a 1-2, 2-3 shift, over 3rd I've never heard it. I've stood next to my car and let my friend rock it from 1-2, then 2-1 and I can hear it right as he is releasing the clutch and it's ONLY on the right side. We didn't do the install any differently...I made sure the end links were at the same length, the swaybar clears, the only thing I can think to do is redo the springs on that side. I've read some ppl saying you are suppose to grease some parts of the springs or struts? I'm guessing the bottom rubber area that the spring rests in and the top? I've done suspension work previously to my Talon and a few other cars and never heard anything weird til this one, she's a tried and true DSM though
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks tuners!

Update on the issue - I removed the springs and reseated them with some spring wrap in case it was a metal on metal issue, noise still happens. I swapped the rear left and right and the sound stayed on the right side. The heat shield isn't rubbing, the clearance is good all the way around. Since the noise stayed I figured it had to be the sway bar end links or the sway bar itself so I swapped back the stock bar and mounts, issue still there. Right now I'm swapping out the whitelines for the stock end links.
Update on the noise itself - last night after swapping the bar and test driving I rocked the car back and forth from R - 1 and 1 - R and when the car comes to a stop and I start the reverse direction the clicking happens. It's not just one click, it clicks until the car actually goes so for that whole suspension shifting time it happens before the car actually "goes".
The whitelines follow the same stock end links right? Their diagram they send isn't very good, can someone tell me if this is correct?

Another update - Swapped back the end links and the noise still happens, ugh, that pretty much confirms that something got broken in the process. Question is what would cause this noise? It doesn't happen during hard braking type suspension shifting, maybe it isn't a suspension noise, maybe it's a drivetrain noise? Anything else I should be checking for? Would wheel bearings make this noise? Repack them if they look good? Ugh
UPDATE - Problem fixed, it was the axle nuts. I guess over time they had loosened up enough that with the shift in the car the nut was moving and hitting the cotter pin when the axle tried to spin the other direction. I went up to Christian Brothers Automotive here in Cedar Park and the tech John said he would listen to it. He immediately said the only thing happening while that sound occurs is the axle spinning and catching the other direction, it's probably the axle nut, I can check it or you can...I took it home, took off the wheel and used my impact on it. It went a 1/4 turn and I put it all back on...bingo, no noise. WOOHOO! If anyone has any issues around here don't hesitate to use these guys! Didn't think it could make that type of noise but it did, and it's solved, finally. Phew, thanks for the input guys and take note
