I couldnt help but noticing all the latest evom.net features are all for the evo. Maybe a lil ralliart or base lancer stuff could be thrown into the mix? I know the evo is the latest craze and whatever but this is a Lancer community, not just an evo community. Im sure there are people out there working on interesting projects and vendors coming out with new products for the lancers and ralliarts. Im just curious to hear what other people think.

How about writing an article in regards to new products, vendors, or innovations that are happening for the Ralliart and Lancer? Submit them to the staff, and those that are worthwhile coud very possibly be used as a feature.

 

This is a different issue Jeff... I am talking SPECIFICALLY about features in this post. The one u linked to I was talking about the whole board.

 

The features are all submitted by users and/or vendors, as far as I know. If the Lancer/Ralliart community wants to be represented equally then some of those members need to step up to the plate and start writing.

How are we to know whats going on if no one tells us?? Of course, things for the Evo will be know, since Mark owns an Evo. Every few of the moderators are still modifying thier Lancers, so we aren't as likely to pick up on new happenings without help from the membership. Its a two way street.

 

Well, for one thing, precious few of us knew that.

I always assumed they were written by KK only (although I'd assume many of them are, especially his project Evo).

There's nothing that says we can submit articles for features, otherwise i would have wrote up a few articles to represent the Lancer/Ralliart community. Im not trying to start anything, i just wanted an understanding of how features work.

 

I suppose I took it for granted, but it does seem like Mark has penned many of the recent ones.

The best thing to do for this cause would be to find someone with a very well sorted Lancer or Ralliart, do a photoshoot (digital), and write up an article. There's enough modded Lancers rolling around SoCal where you should be able to find a one that's well sorted. Sort of a "this is an example of what can be done to a Lancer" article.

 

Im gonna try to see if I can do an article on the RRM Drag Lancer

 

Im not saying that they are written by the members. But, If you were to take the time to write one, I'm sure Mark would put it under consideration
