I always had problems with receving multiple email notifications of subscribed threads, so I turned off email noficiation, it worked for 2 days. Now I still get 8000 emails for the same threads, even though I turned off email notification.

Any fix for this problem?

go to the user CP and unsubscribe from the threads.
even after you turn off subscriptions, the ones that you subscribed to before will still be there.

 

but the problem is that not all the subscried threads with new replies get to my email now, only a few and there is no pattern (meaning any of the 1000s of threads can send one message and not every time there a reply, seems random)

is there a quick way to unsubscribe all the threads?

go to user control panel and click list subscriptions.

will show a list of every post you have made and if you are subscribed to it.
