anyway you can make people list their location? good god, how many people try to sell things or ask questions that may be location dependent and there is no inkling of where they are.

I don't how we could enforce it and we certainly could not guarantee accuracy. The PM system should allow most of those types of questions to be resolved. Hope this helps.
