Site Access Problem

Has anybody else not been able to access this site from one IP but not another in the same area? About two weeks ago, evolutionm.net simply 404'ed on my home machine. I figured it went down momentarily, yet it hasn't come up to this day. I've tried flushing caches, the basic tracert and ping tools and what-not, along with traceroutes from other servers and complex, more investigative traceroute utilities and the bad hop seems to be on one of the servers belonging to the host of this site (mzima.net or something). I'm at work right now (I work at a school district so I'm going through a proxy)... I can access it from anywhere in this area outside my home IP. I guess it has to be local, so I'll continue to troubleshoot on my end but I wanted to know if anyone else has been having problems like this so I can figure out what's going on. Thanks.

It keeps timing out for me. I get a message about the servers being too busy.
