hi, i just came back from a timeout i beleive because of my signature.... saying that i think accolade makes bad body kits... or "shabby" as i wrote.... i got a pm from dave saying i needed to remove it... then i was banned...

i just got back on and made a sig that says "i dont like dave i haev a personal issue with him"

and he said he wants me to remove it?

it seems almost as if hes harrassing me... i dont appreciate it and i dont understand y i get banned because i dont like a certain vendor... i thought only mods could ban???

No I requested you be banned because you constantly spam the forum with useless crap.

Which if you would have read the thread you friend blacklancer made about your timeout, you would have known this.

And since I'm sure he did tell you, the useless spam I'm talking about is much like this thread.

 

ok no he didnt tell me, i was unaware of the other threads existence, but nonetheless i got a message from dave telling me to remove my signature... thats what hthis is about.

well i mean there is no point for you to be banned, if you want to say that Accolades stuff sucks thats you right to free speach, if Accolade spent the same ammount of time making their products better as they do getting people banned getting people banned, maybe they would get better reviews.

 

but see they have a vendor bashing rule, so u cant say anyone makes a bad product these days. ESPECIALLY ACCOLADE.

I know I'm sounding like an *** there man, but seriously, I think I have requested that you cut the useless crap several times in the past (recently deleted most of my pm's or I would count how many times) and I was tired of it.

As long as you calm down, stop the vendor bashing, stop spamming, stop flaming newbies, and just maybe ... maybe act like a semi-adult, these bannings will quit.

And I'm not saying you can't disagree with the way body kits fit, or saying you have to like LV interior, just saying that if you absolutely have to disagree with the thread, take 5 seconds and think before posting.

 

A lot of people don't understand that this is a privately owned and operated site. As such, freedom of speech doesn't apply here. They provide a free service to us and we are guests. They call the shots and make the rules. We can either follow the rules or just leave. If you feel like this is a matter of grave injustice, you are totally free to go out and buy vBulletin, get a server, and host your own forums. Then you can complain about whoever you want.

 

and im perfectly fine with the spam ban, although i dont remember that, perhaps i was drunk.. regardless...

can i complain about a vendor continuously pming me and making me go insane with pms...


oh and im well aware of the vendor bashing policy and will adhear to them 100%... that being said i dont wish to be harrassed by dave.

we do have our own forums

and we let pete, or anyone post how they feel about vendors. if one of our members had a bad experience with a vendor or shop, we want them to tell the rest of us so we don't get burned also. i think its common courtesy to let our "brothers" know when something like that happens.

 

no blacklancerr u got it all wrong we need to keep our mouths shut so that accolade can continue to send out kits that are inferior and not give good service to those who have received such kits and have had hood latches 2 inches OVER from where it should be.. sounds like a great community to me kevin.

ACCOLADE SUCKS

 

so if we post something saying a certain product sucks than that is consedered vendor bashing WOW.So how would a new memeber or even a vendor know what the problem is I am sure sometime in any mods life there was a product they didnt like and suggested not to buy it

 

No more games. Evom is NOT your personal battleground for conducting a war with anybody. Your campaign is an obsession that clogs the forums and prevents any meaningful discussion. It really is simple. If you don't like a vendor then DON'T do business with them. If you have issues with a vendor you have DONE business with then talk to the vendor. Just like real grown ups, and work out the problem. You have expressed you concerns and problems with Accolade many times and it is a matter of record here. No more.

I allowed you back even after you created a fictitious account (honesty folks) and you continue with the same disruptions. Thanks a lot. Knock it off or leave permanently and change your signature to anything that has nothing to do with Accolade. Thread closed.
