why?! because we have so much work on our hands and we do have a personal life. we are constantly fixing things on this board and we get an avarage of 25-50 reported posts a day. this is not easy andd the fact that we have to babysit the vendors is not helping. right now as you can see we are starting a new policy so hopefully this will help turn this place around.

How is he instigating he is telling what he seen happen so is many other ppl in this thread.It seems that one banning of Al did noting and i thought no repeating offenders or they banned for good.I think if you guys took some action instead of creating new policies everytime ppl would def get their act together we got to put fear in them that way this never happens again. With all that said...plz dont ban me lol was just saying you can do what you want.

i am not talking about that. i know and he knows what happened after we banned Al last time. we can't please everybody and the members are to blame just as much as we are.

Dude I know being admin/mod is not easy. All I am saying is you have to have rules that you enforce equally. If the members are held to a standard the vendors should be held to a higher one, because with out customers, they are not gonna make it.

i agree 100%. all i am saying is that we know that things were not done the right way alot of the time but we are trying to fix this. i am just getting tired of people saying "the mods don't do anythng" because we do. we have so much drama to deal with on this forum... we are trying to make it better now so let's hope that the vendors will understand that we will not take it and calm down.

 

Let other businesses conduct business however they want. If people want to flame Al and Al wants to flame them right back, WHO are YOU to stop them? Its his decision as a business owner.

I just want to reiderate that I at not point stated or feel that you guys "dont do anything" All the BS that goes on behind the scences of a forum of this size is enough to keep 10 or more people busy. All I was sayin was the structure under which the vendors were allowed to operate was one that was very liberal to thier childish behavior. Thats probably worded much better. Wasnt a knock on you or any mod in specific, but an over all assesment of the board in general.

 

you're are right, except on this board. He can do it all he wants, but once he posts it on here, then thats when he crosses the line

 

again i agree, i wasn't talking about you saying that, there are so many open threads about this going on and i saw quite a few comments like "the mods don't care" or they "won't do anything to stop it". and yes i agree, the structure is a very liberral because we assumed that vendors are professionals. well, we were dead wrong and we understand that now so will find away to fix it.
