Regarding Dynoflash and David Buschur

With the recent events that occured on the forums regarding the banning of David, Al, and Shiv I believe that it would be unwise for EvolutionM to allow back both David and Al.

The reason why I say this, is because to this day they are both trying their very best to discredit other tuners and bash their work. Namely Vishnu. If these two members are allowed back to the boards the flaming will continue. It may not start off emediatly, but it will happen at some point.

I want to show these threads as reference:

The bashing of Vishnu's shop.

The bashing of the EvolutionM forums and Vishnu

Another thread bashing Vishnu.

These are just a few of what is out there.

Now I know you guys cant do anything about what other members post on other websites. However, you need to ask yourself, are these the guys I want representing the Evo community? Are these the guys I want sponsoring my forums? They do nothing but spread negative energy throughout the forums. Like I've said before, we all drive the same car, but according to them if you have a different tuner, you are no good.

These two should not be allowed to represent us, as it cast all Evo owners in a bad light.

I dont agree. One there on a differnt fourm its a Bushar pro forum. So I think we should leave it at that. And Vishnu has been going after Al for a long time now. This is the second time Vishnu and Al has got in to it. So if you dont let AL and Dyno Flash back then Vishnu shouldnt be back ether. I think there should be a rule that if there is any vendor doing tests on another vendors product they should only post on there forums and turn the vendors should not be able to post on each others forums. Cause all this is doing is hurting there busnesses and are tuning help we need . These are my 2 cents and also i think we should nt get in to it anymore its just like pissin in the wind.

Event-Horizon,

You are taking on a huge responsibility with this request. You are suggesting that the Evom make commercial decisions based upon off site conduct by vendors. That will be a tough rule to enforce going forward for ALL vendors. If they speak in a negative fashion about another vendor or advertise their products or services are better than another, then Evom should weigh that when considering sponsorship here? You write the contract for that. These are commercial issues.

The decision was made to completely remove the vendor wars from this site and this thread is a continuation (intentional or not), regardless of how politely you state it or how one sided you believe the argument. What happens offsite is called competition, even if it exceeds your yardstick for fairness or politeness and we cannot moderate the conduct of the world. All we can do is ensure all members are subject to the same rules while here on Evom.

Finally, sponsorship at Evom is at the pleasure of the owner and I suggest you contact him directly with your concerns. Closed.

Speedlimit...
