Thumbs up Buschur, DynoFlash and Vishnu

To: EVOm Moderators;

Dear All;

This has been a long time argument. I thought EVOM was a free place to speak or discuss what we all love and hate, which is the EVO!

I am not a customer of Vishnu, or Buschur or Dynoflash. I just own an EVO and love it. I am not even an American, but currently work in the USA.
I love EVOs since I watched them race in Cyprus during WRC or any other race.

I am just an ordinary owner or EVO lover who read all the threads like anyone else. Do you all know that most of the globe knows about Buschur Racing? They all admire them as they are being compared with RALLIART or resembled to the Ralliart of the USA. Honestly, if I was an American, I would be honored to have such companies in the USA. This goes with any other hardworking place. If anyone wants to confirm who I am, PM me, I will even provide my cell phone number.

In general, all the vendors will have agree or disagree on things, products, qualities, services and so on. Let's let the numbers speak.
How many complaints have you seen or read about AL ? About David Buschur? About Jarrod? about Vishnu? About Dave at Vishnu? About Dave at Accolade?

Please read all postings. It seems like many of the EVO lovers and customers have issues or had problems, due to lack of communication or any other reason, with Vishnu and Accloade.
Does this show something?

I have not read or understand any kind of racist issue from any of the vendors. There is no one racist, or discriminating anyone. Sometimes the truth may hurt, and I think this is the case.

Now, there is a duty call for all EVOM Moderators. You guys should vote amongst you and set some rules. These have to apply to all or none. None of these vendors should banned, they should have freedom of speech, perhaps with "clear representation".

Please consider that all ordinary EVO owners are getting frustrated.

If David Buschur and/or Jarrod and/or Al will be banned from this website, please go ahead and BAN ME TOO.

I LOVE EVOs and I love people who love EVOS. I also Love to read some useful information about my car. I like the people who reply all my questions with passion on the EVOm. Buschur and Dynoflash reply all the questions, requests and provide great information which none of us can deny.

Vishnu and Accolade have done great advertisement with their names since the time they have been arguing with Buschur Racing and Dynoflash. They will keep doing this, which is fine.

But we (all evom members) would like to read both sides.
I hope the moderators will read this post and at least provide feedback to all the members.

Thank you.
Erol

It's very clear that the mods on this site, are just a bunch of kids on a power trip.. Hear me out:

There was a post about a week ago, where a user hosted a file of him driving his evo pretty fast on back county roads......... No harm right? Nope the mods remove the thread because he was 'speeding' !!! ...... So someone made the comment about AMS's race evo 'terrorizing' the streets of chicago in a video........Guess what the mods excuse for this : "did you ever think that maybe we missed the ams video" .......... Ru kidding me? that has to be the worst excuse ever. When i called them on this, guess what? they delited my post....... Just as they will probably delite this one.

Point being, there are no 'standard' rules here, rather 'whatever the mod says, goes'.

It might be my opinion but it seems like if a vendor doesnt like a post some one writes it gets deleted, have others noticed this as well. But I guess it's cause they pay for advertising and all who nows.

i really think that this thread should not have been posted due to the following reasons:

1) it has been posted many many times before
2) it is clear that you are not really familiar with the situation
3) you contradicted yourself by saying that the rules should apply to all and than critisizing us for actually enforcing these rules.
4) the vendors broke the rules so they got a time out, simple as that.
5) there is a BIG difference between replying with passion and breaking the rules.
6) freedom of speach does not apply on privately owned web site but normally you can say what you wish as long as it is not agains the rules (name calling etc..)
7) if you run a search, you will find a LONG history which will give you the background of the story
8) we understand that some of the memebers are frustrated and we do appolagize for it. HOWEVER, you have to understand that for every member that is upset that they got the time out, there is at least 1 member who is frustrated with seeing these fights time and time again.
9) nobody is denying the great service that these vendors give to our community. they have great knowledge and they are always happy to help. however, you must understand that them being great tuners does not give them the right to break the forum rules.
10) EVOM is the place to talk about the things you love which is exactly why we did what we did. would you enjoy being in a forum where if somebody does not agree with you he can just call you names? we are trying to build a community that is built on mutual respect and even if people do not agree, they can do it in a mature manner.

i think that this is enough for now...

Your right if a paying venor has thread showing street racing it's not deleted but if someone who is not even writes about let alone shows a video it gets removed. Why is that?????

Personally, I think this happening was a blessing in disguise. The forum at Buschur is busier than ever and one cannot only express oneself but can also find useful technical information and product results.

what was the reason even bringing this issue up. They got banned for a reason wont go into details but i read the whole thread before they deleted it and some of em deserved it. The mods are trying there best here and i think they took the right course of action. The mods looked at both sides and decided it would be best to ban them all not just for that one event but all the other that led up to what happened awhile ago.

the least you can do is try to have the right facts if you are going to try and start this again. i DID NOT remove the guy's thread. i took the time and talked to him and he understood and edited the thread and we brought it back. i also closed the recent threads from AMS because they should adire to the same rules as everybody else.

and again, the log out button is always available to you to feel free to you it if this site sucks so much. i can promise you that there will be no hard feelings.
