I'm quite sick of coming across a good video or what not, and only to find it's later been deleted. The internet shouldn't be censored, neither should this site. One of the few things I, among others, enjoy viewing on the web are good racing videos.

There's not a single person on this forum that wouldn't put their foot down on the go-pedal when given the chance. People should have better things to do than actually moderate postings like that. It's similar to getting a speeding ticket. Cops should also have better things to do than spend their time collecting revenue. But thats not what I'm trying to comment about.

I understand one could petition to become a moderator and change the ruling of that, I wonder if someone should try.... ?

you mean street racing videos? Maybe because it's illegal, highly dangerous, uncontrolled, irresponsible, and shouldn't be promoted. Personally I LIKE the fact that this site doesn't allow street racing videos. Maybe you should grow up?

That's probably why you're also so bitter about speeding tickets...

Maybe, oh, I dunno... Try NOT breaking the law or endangering others for a change? Yeah, many of us do it (ie: speeding or spanking that annoying vette on the freeway), but that doesn't mean it should be acceptable.

rules are set forth for a reason. if you or anyone else does not agree with them then so be it. you said your peace, now if you dont like the fact that it is censored-FOR A REASON-then feel free to roam another forum...no ones feeling will be hurt.

Yet again, a topic that has been brought up several times. I'm not even going to explain on why street racing related threads aren't permissible on here. Feel free to search.

Actually here are 3:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=123870
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...ad.php?t=64402
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=139659

Listen, this site is privately owned and has rules accompanying it. Let me just reiterate, that they're installed for a reason and we have to play by it. If you dislike our street racing "censorship" rule, then hey, what can I tell you? There are plenty of other sites that can satisfy your endless desire for street racing related activity. Feel free to go on there and enjoy it to all eternity. We just don't tolerate it here. Like it or not, it will remain in place.

The funny thing is,"become a mod and petition for change"

Like someone who is pro streetracing would be made a mod. They lack the maturity and common sense to moderate.

^^ yeah, i really liked that part. even if you are a mod that is pro street racing (never going to happen) you still won't change a thing because:

1) it is a privatly owned site and the admin makes the rules
2) we have legal reasons why we don't allow it
3) we all think that street racing is stupid, useless and dangerous
