During peak hours it gets a little bogged down, I get the server too busy message. but for the most part works great.

Hmm, maybe I can ask again...

Since I am assuming that alot or atleast some of you guys work in IT or PC related jobs, and would thus know your windows and your internet surfing better than I, what in your opinions could one do to help speed up an average 56k connection to this forum? I have noticed it runs slower than some other forums I read, that are EZboard designed, a little less fancy but they are faster. I have uninstalled Flash, will this help my pages load faster?

It all depends on the sites Server. If that particular sites Server is suffering, then you will more than likely experience lag. If it's an exceptional Server, then you will normally get what is expected out of a 56K modem.

I say if you have the time and money just Upgrade to a higher much faster connection, i.e. DSL, Cable, etc...
No more experienced slow page loads. It benefits you. But then again it's all up to you, and not me.

1. Business ADSL (6 MBPS Downstream)
2. West Coast / So. Cali / Orange County / Yorba Linda
3. Speed is ok, but it lags sometimes during peak usage hours. I also seem to be seeing the "Server is too busy" error pretty lately.
