I have some concerns about vendor fairness. I currently provide evo9 CF lips for some paying vendors on this forum here but I see some members having group buys in member thread like this one with out any provisions...

Member: JDP is having group buys which makes its not fair to paying vendors on this forum. Please help out vendors sales by contacting non-paying sellers.

I don't think it is an issue of rights or fairness, but rather making the moderator's aware of commercial transactions with non-registered vendors. Site rules are in place to protect both members and paying vendors. The moderator's cannot read every thread on the site and rely on members to report threads and posts that may violate our rules. The thread you referenced evolved into a group buy in Evo Show and Shine and was not flagged by anyone (until now) and the moderator's were not aware of it. In this case the vendor was contacted by members and responded. The vendor has been notified of our rules. The best way to notify the staff is via the "Reported Post" icon on the left side of every post:. Thanks.
