Posting Prices in For Sale section

Ok there is a sticky warning not to low ball. I havent been in this forum long enough during those days when lowballing might have been a problem forcing for that sticky to be made. But how many freaking threads do we have to click on to see something is for sale with no price? I am a member at other forums as well and they have 2 rules that are good:

1. Items for sale must have a asking price
2. Items for sale above 200 asking price must include a picture

Now if there is no price in the thread, then maybe we should have the right to post ***** low ball offers? Another way to look at having prices posted is being able to go back and search for prices on certain things. This will help get an idea of how much the market is going for an item you might be trying to sell and know what to ask for. (reference point) And the picture can help reduce scams, especially if we can get them to take a picture with their screen name next to the item.
