free speach is never implied in an internet forum. this is a privatly owned company and thus has the right to sensor whatever he wants. It is part of the rules when you signed up.

 

You ARE entitled to free speech... but as Vince (Guru_Del) said, this is a privately owned company. Mark pays money for this server, and thus this server is HIS. You can say whatever you want, but when your speech get's stored on Mark's server, it is HIS data now. He has the right to censor you anyway and anyhow. I think this thread should be closed due to the fact that we are running around in circles arguing about the same thing over and over.
