What are you talking about specifically? Chances are they were moved for different reasons.

Gee, thanks, Stew. If we're not ****, the forums look like **** and people complain. If we're ****, people complain. Awesome.

EDIT: Oh, and in this thread's case it's getting moved to site suggestions/feedback because it has nothing to do with evos and everything to do with site feedback.

i was just making an observation. It just seems that this forum has nothing but moved threads, maybe on in ten posts stays or something . Just making an observation, not complaining or talking trash.

Well, I just posted a thread on this (and it was moved one minute after my posting of it). It seems the mods and most of the Lancer owners didn't agree with me, but I'm not sure about the EVO onwers. You are the 4th EVO owner to make this comment.

Yeah, for the record I'm not trying to argue, but I'm just not moving most of them so I don't know which threads you mean. That makes it more difficult

If your talking about that thread. Well in all reality it really belonged here in "Site Feedback & Suggestions" not in Evo General. It has nothing to do with the Evo in anyway. I see nothing wrong with that being moved to here in Site Feedback & Suggestions.

jtc, your Rolling Stones thread has been trashed. Don't ask me why, as I wasn't the one that made that decision.

It was trashed because the concert was yesterday or something.

I put it in the trash since the concert was yesterday. I figure the thread will never be veiwed again so there was no point in keeping it. It's just to avoid clutter.

Is the concert a multi day event? I didn't delete your thread so I could reinstate it again.

I've noticed all the moving threads also. Sometime wheel posts are sent to show/shine Also the one forum with nothing but moved threads is totally out of control. Maybe need to realign things.

The wheel/rims posts that are moved to Show & Shine, are mostly "Are my wheels pretty?" "Look at my new rims!!! Aren't they so gangsta?!" Nothing to big of a deal about those threads. Although it would be nice to have a separate wheel/rims forum.

About those redirects, i.e. "Moved:" that's totally up to the Moderators. One reason we leave redirects is just in case that person can't find that thread. If that person couldn't find that thread, he/she just makes a new thread thinking his/her original thread got deleted. In all reality it just got moved. If people just took the time and searched we wouldn't have to leave redirects. But redirects are there for a purpose.

Personally I don't leave redirects anymore, to lessen the clutterness of that particular forum. But that's just me. I'm just one of 15 Moderators.

I agree leaving redirects seems pointless, but it's when we don't leave redirects, is when you guys criticize or question our abilities.

So I understand why the Stones thread was deleted, but can one of you tell me why a thread I posted last night about a blue boost gauge was cancelled? That would seem to be a fairly relevant thread in Evo engine and drivetrain. Last I checked, they could be used to monitor an engine variable on the EVO. I posted this question by itself, and not one reply here in the site suggestions area.
