Posting Images

It would be nice if we could implement the IMGW tag for posting images. It makes the large image automatically resize down to say.. 640x480, and you can click it to make it bigger if you want. I know there's several forums that use it based off of vBulletin. I don't know if it's a plugin or what, but it shouldn't be too hard to turn on that feature. I brought it up years ago, but nothing was said about it.

Screw making a special tag for it, just make the regular img tag do it. That'll help keep people from posting annoyingly massive images that can't fit on 99% of the screens out there.

you guys are deleting the most random of my posts... are you running out of server space or can I not even agree with wiretap's thread here? this is ****ing stupid, if you are trying to run me off one of your admin should just email me about my closed account. I think the guy with the post **** comment is right on par.

The posts that were removed were off topic banter. One post stated "wiretap has cooties". This particular forum is for feedback to the staff and we try to keep it clear of off topic and sidebar discussions.

I didn't removed them but want to assure you that if I wanted to "run you off", it would not be subtle.

well, someone is running around chasing my posts: both off topic and on topic. I made no reference to cooties, nor did I intend my comment to be construed as banter. I agreed with the OP, plain and simple, as well as otters comment.

Nothing personal. As speedlimit said, this particular section is directed at us, so we like to keep it clutter free more than others. Often one banter, ot, pointless, or just agreement post is nothing and we wouldnt remove it. But when you get 4-6 in a row, we tend to just remove the whole lot.

Now, back on topic, point noted and we will look into it
