Reviewing System

I would like to make a suggestion for the EvoM website.

I am new to this site but have been a member of a site called JeepForum.com for some time now. On the Jeep website they include a Reviewing System which basically allows for any user to post a product and/or a review of a specific product. It includes average ratings of each product and user testimonials them as well.

I don't know how much time and effort is needed to go into something like this but I think it would benefit all the members.

I'm just throwing this out there because I feel like it would be a good addition to the site. If anyone is curious to see the system they can go to jeepforum.com and click on "Reviews" at the top.

Does anyone else think this is a good idea?

Yes, I would like it if product reviews, installs, and such were all catagorized under one thread per product. As in if I search for Exedy Twin clutch, I find reviews and an install.

HOWEVER, I can see this as being very time consuming and difficult for the admins. But it would be a very very nice addition.

I'm also on JeepForum. We do have a Service and Tuning Review section, 2 below this. Is that what you're talking about?

The registry also allows for individual part ratings. Here's mine as a sample.

My thoughts were basically to get all of them under one section and have them categorized by different part types, etc. I am a big fan of the one used on JeepForum and have used it a number of times to research for products that I was interested in buying. I think it is mainly the organization of all of the different products together, it makes it 10x easier to find something, or to just browse by say suspension if you don't know the exact part or brand you're looking for.
