Thread moved/removed
If I started a thread how will I know if it was moved or removed because I started a thread yesterday and now its gone I cant even find it its like it never existed so whats the deal?
Your thread was deleted because of the proposed content. We've had many threads like it, all gone now.
So because my thread was like other ones mine gets deleted. Why not delete the old ones and keep the new ones. Or at least notify people there threads are getting removed an tell me the other similar thread.
.....I think you misunderstood.....ANY thread like yours is not welcome here; they have ALL been deleted.

No problem. I'm not the Staff member who removed it, but I can see why it was done. We usually try to let a member know why we remove a thread, but sometimes we get busy and things slip through, which I think happened in this case.
My fault for not sending a PM when I closed/trashed it. I was doing this from work, and it got lost in the shuffle. Anyway, thanks JD for 'splainin', and LaNcR for understanding.
The threads have a tendency to go south very quickly, whether it's because of image content or someone saying something inappropriate about someone's wife/gf. So, in that respect, no problem. On the other hand, if you're posting or proposing the posting of people dressed or posed in a sexually suggestive manner, please label it NSFW or NWS.

It means Not Safe For Work or Not Work Safe. It's used in a thread title to warn people that opening the thread at work may not be a good idea. Of course we would rather that nobody posted NWS images or content at all, but in Off Topic there are just a very few exceptions where this is allowed. If you think an average person in an office/professional setting may get into trouble by viewing said content while at work, either do not post it or warn folks with the **NWS** title.
Also, for good measure, marking a thread as NSFW is not an excuse to break the forum rules. We still don't allow nudity or obscene images. If you're not sure, ask a mod first or just don't post it.
