Ok, searching is bad enough using the general search. Until today we had the option of a search bar when you entered into the forums, under your name and personal messages box..How about giving it back so we can read the new topics , search and post from the same page. Going back to the general community page is a real hassle.

 

I too would like the search bar with advanced search option back on the front page.

Was this fixed or do I just not see what you're talking about? On my view, all the same options on the bar are there, including search/advanced search.

 

Search bar is missing from my evom home page as well. Give it back please. I use that function from that home page every single time I log onto evom...which is almost everyday.

 

That was removed because it wasn't working. I haven't yet heard when it'll be back.

The IT's are working on it. Evom had some serious db errors and an 'indexer' that goes on strike once and awhile. Those are being troubleshot and hopefully repaired soon. Thanks.

So whats happened here? We have all been patient and your response on Dec 16 was that it was being worked--thats is; bringing back the search bar to the front page so we don't have to search for the search bar. Its been a month now? Pls advise- Thx.

 

Patience. There are other issues with the site that rank higher in priority right now.
